Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring smooth functioning across departments. This role includes managing staff schedules, coordinating patient flow, and implementing standardized operating procedures to maintain high-quality service.



The Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, manages resources, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency and patient experience. They handle vendor relationships, oversee inventory and facilities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant healthcare regulations. The role also involves reporting to leadership, supporting new initiatives, and driving continuous process improvement across the network.
