Role Description The Site Visit Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur, responsible for organizing and overseeing visits to project locations. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling site visits, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, and preparing visit agendas and checklists. The role involves recording observations, documenting progress and issues, and compiling visit reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Site Visit Coordinator ensures compliance with safety guidelines,



supports basic logistical arrangements at sites, and helps maintain accurate records of site activities and follow-up actions. This position requires regular field presence, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.
