We are looking for an Engineering + MBA candidates to support strategic business development initiatives across global mining markets – someone who combines BD capability with domain understanding and understands Mining/BMH terminology / customer requirements, and can contribute to the sales cycle from prospect identification, solution positioning, proposal development, and prospect closure.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Mining/BMH, engineering services, industrial equipment/solutions / related domains
• Engineering + MBA preferred
• Good understanding of Mining, Minerals, BMH and related engineering terminology
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to connect technical concepts with business value
• Exposure to CRM, market intelligence and other BD/marketing tools
• Experience supporting proposals, solution development, consultative selling
• Comfortable working with global customers and willing to travel occasionally; Australia market experience is a plus
