About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to own revenue delivery and build a scalable B2B sales function across India. This is a hands-on leadership role covering sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, key accounts, field-team development, and distributor expansion.
The role is ideal for an experienced healthcare or medical-device sales skilled who is ready to take broader ownership and grow into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities




• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to proposals, negotiation, closure, and collections.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Build and manage a pan-India distributor and channel-partner network.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the field sales team.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, technology, and operations teams to deliver effective demonstrations and customer onboarding.
• Gather customer and competitor insights to refine pricing, positioning, and sales strategy.
