Business Development Manager(Freight Forwarding & International Logistics)

About AADE Trans

AADE Trans is a Gurgaon-based freight forwarding and 3PL company, operating since 2015. We move ocean and air cargo for importers and exporters through a growing network of overseas partner agents.

We recently expanded into warehousing and distribution, so we now offer an integrated freight → storage → distribution solution. We're a lean, founder-led team entering our next stage of growth, and we're looking for a senior leader to drive it.

The Role

This is a leadership role with two parts:

• Build and own AADE's direct customer business
• Run the branch as a profit centre

You'll report directly to the Managing Director and have real influence over how the company grows.

What You'll Own

• Revenue growth: Acquire and grow direct shipper accounts (importers, exporters, manufacturers, D2C brands) across ocean (FCL/LCL) and air freight
• Book of business: Bring in and convert accounts using your existing industry relationships
• Branch P&L;: Own branch revenue, margins, receivables,



and cost control
• Pricing & partnerships: Negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents, and strengthen our international agent network
• Integrated selling: Cross-sell warehousing, distribution, and customs services into freight accounts
• Team leadership: Build, lead, and mentor sales and operations staff, and set targets and performance standards
• Market strategy: Identify target trade lanes, industries, and customer segments, and help shape AADE's positioning

What We're Looking For
• 6+ years in freight forwarding / international logistics, with significant time in sales or BD leadership
• Proven record of recent client acquisition and revenue growth, ideally with an existing customer network in Delhi NCR / North India
• Strong command of ocean and air freight, Incoterms, customs clearance, documentation, and carrier rate structures
• P&L; experience managing a branch,
