We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to manage on-ground housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, productive team execution, and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
• Operations & Standards
• Ensure cleanliness across rooms, corridors, and common areas in line with defined standards
• Task Allocation & Execution
• Manage daily room allocation, deep cleaning schedules, and team task distribution
• Quality Control & Audits
• Conduct routine inspections (including ~80 rooms daily) to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks
• Team Supervision
• Oversee performance of housekeeping staff and drive discipline in execution
• Customer Experience
• Handle guest requests and complaints effectively; maintain high CSAT through timely resolution
• Coordination & Escalations
• Report maintenance issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closure
• Service Delivery
• Ensure all operations are executed as per SOPs with consistency and efficiency
Eligibility & Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1+ year as a supervisor (hospitality preferred)
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and processes
• Good team supervision and task management skills
• Ability to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints effectively
