Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development: B2B Sales role based in Ahmedabad, focused on selling working capital and term loan solutions to SMEs. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective SME clients, generating leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels,



and conducting market research to understand client segments and industry trends. The team member will present Oxyzo’s credit offerings, explain key features such as collateral-free options and flexible repayment structures, and tailor proposals to client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, coordinating documentation and loan applications with internal teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, competitive insights, and feedback from the field to help refine Oxyzo’s products and strategy.
