About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Executive who will be responsible for sourcing products, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Source products/materials as per company requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation and timely delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, POs, invoices, and procurement transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
• Check product availability, pricing, MOQ, lead time, and specifications.




• Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, damaged goods, or incorrect supplies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current suppliers.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement is done according to company policies and approval procedures.
• Maintain regular procurement reports and MIS.

Required Skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to compare quotations and analyze pricing.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
• Good understanding of procurement and purchase processes.

Preferred
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, trading, or export/import will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP
