About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to develop and execute customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, Customer Engagement or Marketing Automation, with practical experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage or similar tools.

The role requires a solid understanding of customer segmentation, customer journeys, retention, loyalty, campaign automation, customer data and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies focused on customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Plan,



implement and manage customer loyalty and retention initiatives that encourage repeat business.
• Analyze customer data, purchasing behaviour and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for personalized marketing.
• Create and manage customer segments based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement, lifecycle stage and other relevant attributes.
• Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications and other relevant channels.
• Build, manage and optimize customer lifecycle journeys and automated communication workflows.
• Develop and refine customer journey maps to improve customer experience and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, repeat purchase, revenue contribution and ROI.
