Role Overview
The position of Executive Operations & Client Servicing - MICE EVENTS will be based in Bangalore.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist the team in planning and executing MICE events.
• Coordinate with hotels, venues, vendors, and travel partners for event requirements.
• Support travel, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.
• Maintain project trackers, event calendars, and status reports.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in preparing event documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Support client communication and ensure timely sharing of updates.
• Coordinate with creative, production,



finance, and logistics teams for project execution.
• Manage attendee registrations and event-related databases.
• Assist in on-ground event execution, guest management, and coordination activities.
• Collect vendor quotations and maintain vendor records.
• Ensure all project-related documents are updated and properly maintained.

Prerequisite
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Events, Hospitality, Client Servicing, Tourism, or MICE.
• Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.

Essential Skills
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on event sites.
