Job Role Senior HR Business Partner

Role Purpose
The Senior HRBP will manage the people agenda for GIVAs EBO retail operations across
the assigned stores. The role will partner with Regional, Area, Cluster and Store Managers to strengthen employee engagement, retention, performance and HR process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit stores regularly and connect with employees to understand grievances, engagement levels and attrition risks.
• Partner with business stakeholders on manpower planning, employee relations, retention and performance matters.
• Conduct employee pulse surveys, exit interviews and retention discussions, and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary cases fairly, confidentially and in line with company policies.
• Support performance management and manage Performance Improvement Plans with appropriate documentation and reviews.
• Track resignations,



initiate backfill requirements and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Drive store-level engagement, recognition and employee-experience initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee data relating to exits, transfers, reporting structures and store movements.
• Validate attendance, roster and compensatory-off cases before submission to Payroll.
• Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation for exits, transfers, grievances, PIPs and retention discussions.
• Ensure timely and disciplined communication of approved employee movements to all relevant stakeholders.

Desired Skill Sets:
• Solid HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or employee-relations role.
• Experience supporting retail or a geographically distributed frontline workforce is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
