Role Description This is a full-time, in office Store Purchase Executive role based in Maharashtra, India. The Store Purchase Executive will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory and purchases, monitoring stock levels, and working closely with the store and production teams to align procurement with operational needs. The Store Purchase Executive will also support vendor evaluation, negotiate basic terms within defined guidelines, and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong procurement and purchase management skills, including experience with Purchase Management and Procurement processes.
• Hands-on experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of inventory control, basic store management, and materials planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, India and collab
