About the Role
The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, good communication skills, and experience in commercial operations. Responsibilities include customer order management, bill, invoicing, contract administration, and coordination with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, is essential.

Responsibilities & Job Summary
• Excel: Proficient in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Travel: Occasional business travel required (up to once a quarter, as needed)
• Support commercial operations, customer order management, invoicing, contract administration, and coordination between sales, finance, supply chain, and customers.




• Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely order execution.
• Verify pricing, commercial terms, taxes, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and commercial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
