SERVICENOW LEAD DEVELOPER / ARCHITECT
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect who can go beyond development — someone who can think architecturally, challenge design decisions, lead technical initiatives, and build scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
? Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect
? Experience: 12+ years of ServiceNow experience
? Location: Chennai preferred / Bangalore
? Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO
? CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
? Shift: UK Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform
✅ Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application design & development
✅ Strong experience in any 2+ of the following modules:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• SPM
• Now Assist




✅ Robust experience with ServiceNow integrations & custom applications
✅ Excellent knowledge of JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Glide APIs
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
✅ Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
✅ Strong technical leadership and architectural decision-making skills
? WHAT YOU’LL DO
? Own the architecture and technical design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions
? Lead development and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications
? Review and challenge technical/design decisions to ensure scalability and best practices
? Drive integrations with enterprise applications and external systems
? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
? Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions
? Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and architectural principles
