CSR Partnership Executive will be responsible for developing corporate partnerships and driving CSR fundraising initiatives to secure funding for social-impact projects.
The role will involve identifying prospective corporates, preparing proposals, managing CSR relationships, and converting opportunities into funded partnerships.
Candidates should have a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or the social sector.
A relevant educational qualification such as MSW, MBA (CSR/Marketing), Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Build and maintain robust relationships with CSR Heads, foundations, corporates, NGOs, and key decision-makers.
Research and identify companies with relevant CSR priorities, budgets, and funding opportunities.
Develop compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, and impact reports for prospective partners.
Track the complete fundraising pipeline, from lead generation and meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal and implementation teams to ensure successful execution, reporting, compliance, and measurable impact of CSR-funded projects.
