Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) SME with 8+ years of experience to lead technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in SAP FSCM TRM and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
Key Responsibilities
• Act as an SAP FSCM TRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP TRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead technical decisions and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and support MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity) integrations and banking interfaces.
• Work on system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and software quality enhancements.




• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions across teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow software development best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP TRM.
• Experience with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
• Strong understanding of treasury processes and enterprise banking integrations.
• Experience designing and developing custom solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong integration and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
