About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, fast-moving, AI-native Marketing Lead to help us grow JobAlchemy.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We’re a startup, so we’re looking for someone who can move rapid, experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership.
The ideal person understands:
• Social media
• Student audiences
• Internet culture
• Meme trends
• How people actually consume content today

A big part of this role will involve using AI tools to create better content faster. We’re specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT / GPT, Claude, Higgsfield, and similar AI tools for content creation, ideation, research, scripting, campaign support, and creative execution.





What You’ll Do• Create and manage marketing content across social media, email, blogs, landing pages, and other digital channels
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, and similar platforms to improve content creation, research, ideation, and execution
• Support SEO efforts including keyword research, content optimization, and improving organic visibility
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Stay on top of trends, meme culture, and social media formats relevant to students and young professionals
• Help shape JobAlchemy’s brand voice and how we show up online
• Work closely with the founders and team to test marketing ideas quickly
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest ways to improve results
• Support growth experiments across different channels
