Role Description The General Manager (Canada, Australia & Germany) will oversee end-to-end operations related to visa and immigration consulting services for these focus countries. This full time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves managing branch performance, supervising consultant teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration guidelines and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic goals,



monitoring client service quality, reviewing case progress, and addressing escalations to maintain high client satisfaction. The General Manager will collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives, optimize operational processes, and implement training to keep staff informed of policy updates. The role also includes reporting on key performance indicators, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for growth in the Canada, Australia, and Germany markets.
Qualifications
• Experience in operations and team management, including supervising staff, allocating resources, and driving performance toward defined targets.
• Background in immigration, visa consulting, or a related service industry, with familiarity in processes for Canada, Australia, and Germany considered an advantage.
• Strong client service orientation, with demonstrated ability to handle escalations, resolve issue
