The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Director, Marketing to take full ownership of Way’s marketing organization — currently 25+ people and scaling to 35–40+.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on marketing operator who can build and lead a full-funnel growth engine across:
- Organic / SEO-GEO
- B2B / Business Marketing
- Consumer / Omnichannel Marketing
- Local / Partner Marketing
- Market Research & Content
You will partner closely with global marketing leadership in the US and be accountable for marketing strategy, execution, people, budgets, and business outcomes in India.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the India marketing organization, including strategy, hiring, performance, budget and P&L; ownership.
- Translate global strategy into clear roadmaps, KPIs and execution plans.
- Lead functional heads across Organic, B2B,



Consumer and Local Marketing.
- Drive growth across organic traffic, demand generation, consumer revenue, member growth and partner revenue.
- Build the next generation of SEO/GEO and AI-search visibility.
- Evolve consumer marketing from email into a true omnichannel growth engine.
- Strengthen B2B demand generation and strategic partner marketing.
- Build local marketing capabilities for Way’s growing partner ecosystem.
- Manage agencies, vendors and marketing investments to maximize ROI.
- Partner with US leadership, Product, Engineering and other teams to deliver company-wide growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 16+ years of marketing experience, including 8+ years leading multi-functional teams at a national or global scale.
- Proven experience running a marketing organization end-to-end — strategy, people, budget, agencies and execution.
- Robust depth in at least one of SEO/Organic, B2B/Demand Ge
