About the Role
2gethr is a premium managed workspace provider offering fully managed and custom-built offices to MNCs, GCCs and high-growth enterprises in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. 2gethr was founded by the team behind Zyeta, one of India's leading workplace design and build firms.

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Sales to drive client acquisition through direct sales and self-generated leads. The role requires strong corporate connections, consistent outbound prospecting and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Responsibilities
• Generate a consistent pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other self-sourced channels.
• Acquire new clients and drive business through direct sales and proactive outreach.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly seat, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visits, proposals, negotiations, and agreement signing.




• Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals while maintaining strong follow-up and reducing sales cycle time.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers to generate repeat business, referrals, and expansion opportunities.
• Engage directly with Heads of Admin, Facilities, HR and business founders seeking office space.
• Track companies that are hiring, expanding or relocating, and engage them early.
• Participate in industry events and business forums to build recent relationships.
• Develop referral business through existing clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline with timely follow-up on all leads and site visits
• Understand client requirements, including team size, layout, budget and move-in timelines.
• Conduct site visits and present 2gethr's solutions effectively.
• Maintain relationships after move-in, and identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Work with IPCs and brokers as a supplementary lead
