Process Head –( Aerospace)Key Responsibilities• Lead the Process Engineering function and technical strategy.
• Oversee CNC Turning, VMC, HMC and 3–5 Axis process development.
• Handle Aerospace industry manufacturing and process requirements.
• Review and approve process plans, tooling, CAM, GD&T; and manufacturing methods.
• Lead NPI, APQP, PFMEA and Control Plan activities.
• Drive quality, productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
• Resolve shop-floor process and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor process KPIs and ensure process standardization.
• Lead and develop the Process Engineering team.
• Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing and a commitment to maintaining an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
