Job Title: Project Engineer/ Manager – Site Execution
Experience: 10–12 Years
Location - Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
• Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.




• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and work permits.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in site execution of commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
