Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager – Business Loan (Unsecured & Secured) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kishanganj. This role is responsible for sourcing and acquiring business loan customers, both secured and unsecured, through direct outreach, channel partners, and local market networks. The Assistant Sales Manager will assess customer needs, explain loan features, support documentation and application processes,



and ensure adherence to internal credit and compliance guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, meeting assigned targets, tracking conversions, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships with customers. The role also involves market mapping, competitor analysis, and participation in local promotional activities to expand the business loan portfolio in the Kishanganj region.
