About the RoleDr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital is looking for an experienced HR professional to support HR operations and people-management activities across our Public Health programs.
The position will be based in Saharanpur and will require regular field visits and coordination across Modinagar and Meerut.
Key Responsibilities• Manage recruitment and staffing activities for Public Health/field teams.
• Handle HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding and HR records.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling and employee queries.
• Ensure timely HR compliance, documentation and audit support.
• Conduct regular field/Vision Centre visits and coordinate with field teams.
• Support performance management and employee development activities.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.




• Maintain HR MIS, manpower data and periodic HR reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Program and other cross-functional teams for smooth HR processes.

Eligibility & Requirements• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) /MSW/ Master of Public Health (MPH).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR MIS, reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel and field visits.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with field, operations and program teams.
