What You’ll Work On• Build backend services and REST APIs using Node.js or Python
• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and third-party services
• Build AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows
• Work with PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Redis, and background jobs
• Develop and deploy real-world AI applications
• Debug, optimize, and improve system performance
• Work with Git-based development and code reviews

What We’re Looking For• 0–2 years of software development experience
• Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• Understanding of backend development, REST APIs, SQL, HTTP, and asynchronous programming
• Basic understanding of LLMs, AI APIs, or AI application development




• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have• Express.js / NestJS / FastAPI / Django
• AWS and Docker
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs
• RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Redis, queues, and background jobs
• OAuth and third-party API integrations
• AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

Preferred Candidate ProfileWe particularly encourage applications from candidates with solid technical backgrounds from IITs, NITs, and IIITs, with a strong interest in AI, backend engineering, and building products from scratch.
