Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on FreeSWITCH VoIP Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in VoIP and telecom technologies. The candidate will be responsible for FreeSWITCH configuration, SIP call routing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining reliable voice communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot FreeSWITCH-based VoIP systems.
- Work with SIP profiles, SIP trunks, gateways, dial plans, extensions, and call routing.
- Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, codec, DTMF, NAT, call-quality, and connectivity issues.
- Analyze SIP/RTP traffic using sngrep, Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar tools.
- Monitor call performance, system availability, and voice-quality metrics.
- Work on Linux servers and troubleshoot system/network-related issues.
- Support telecom routing, carrier/SIP provider integrations, and LCR where required.




- Follow VoIP security best practices and troubleshoot unauthorized or suspicious traffic.
- Collaborate with Development, Network, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support automation/monitoring initiatives.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on FreeSWITCH experience.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, and call routing.
- Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH dial plans, gateways, profiles, and SIP trunks.
- Good Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, NAT, VPN, routing, and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have
Experience with Kamailio, OpenSIPS, Asterisk, FusionPBX, WebRTC, SBC, LCR, Python/Bash scripting, Docker, Cloud, monitoring, and automation will be an advantage.
