Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager role at Bandhan Bank in Rairangpur is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations and business growth.



The role involves overseeing customer service, supervising front-line staff, monitoring cash operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
