The Opportunity
This December, Dubai will host one of the Middle East's largest and most influential HR community gatherings, bringing together CHROs, people leaders, and talent visionaries from across the region to shape the future of work. TeamLease Digital is proud to partner with the organisers on several flagship initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional talent to help drive the right participants to the event, ensuring the room is filled with the HR leaders who matter most.

As part of the event, we need sharp, entrepreneurial interns to make it happen. Your mission is to convince the UAE's top HR leaders to register—and to show up.

This isn't your typical intern role. You'll own the registration strategy from day one, test channels that work, hit real targets, and see the direct impact of your hustle on a marquee event.

What will you do?
• Design & execute a multi-channel outreach strategy to reach HR professionals, CHROs, and talent leaders across the UAE
• Identify which platforms, communities, and messaging resonate with your target audience—LinkedIn, industry groups,



direct outreach, events, partnerships, whatever works
• Craft messaging that cuts through noise. The event is free; your job is to ensure people understand that the event is value-adding
• You'll have specific registration targets. Track, optimise, and hit them
• Test ideas quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does

Who you are?
Must-haves:
• Business school student (either graduated recently or available full-time as part of your internship, October–December)
• Based in India (remote role)
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Comfortable with cold outreach and persuasion
• Driven by results, not busy work
• Access to a laptop with a solid internet connection
• Experience with community building and event promotion on LinkedIn and Instagram

Nice-to-haves:
• Familiarity with HR function, talent management, or organisational development
