About The Role
As General Manager, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) China, you will lead and be fully accountable for the performance of DKSH's FMCG Business Unit in China, encompassing Profit and Loss (P&L;) management, business planning, client and customer management, and organizational development. This role is pivotal in positioning DKSH as the partner of choice and leading market expansion services provider in China, driving sustainable and profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of business lines.

What You Will Deliver
• Oversee and manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocations, ensuring productive and effective use of resources
• Formulate and develop sales strategies across the entire product portfolio to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth
• Oversee the execution of short- and long-term sales plans to ensure delivery of Profit and Loss (P&L;) targets and all company objectives
• Monitor and measure salesforce relevance and effectiveness,



aligning performance with business goals and driving a culture of continuous improvement across sales processes and plans
• Monitor net operating capital and drive prompt payments by customers to maintain healthy working capital performance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes across revenue pipeline building, client and customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
• Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to achieve business objectives
• Lead the team to deliver all client and contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collaborating closely with clients on joint value creation initiatives
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to build a competitive edge for FMCG China and deliver business performance within the framework of the global Business Unit strategy
• Position DKSH as the partner of choice and the leading market expansion services provider in C
