Role Description The Food & Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Bookmark Resorts in Sawai Madhopur. This position is responsible for providing attentive table service, assisting with order taking, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that dining areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set up. The associate supports smooth restaurant and bar operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, managing guest requests, and following hygiene and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests,



explaining menu items, handling basic billing procedures, and responding to feedback in a professional manner. The role requires a robust focus on hospitality, teamwork, and consistent delivery of high-quality service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with the ability to follow service standards and basic hygiene protocols.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously with guests, understand their needs, and handle inquiries or concerns.
• Culinary Skills sufficient to understand menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with recommendations.
