Role Description The Business Development Executive – UNext (Edtech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities for UNext’s online education offerings, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential institutional and corporate partners, conducting needs assessments,



presenting solutions, and driving conversions. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance against sales targets. This position requires regular market research, participation in events or meetings, and accurate reporting of business development activities.
Qualifications
• Strong recent business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Solid understanding of business and commercial acumen, including negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
