? Location: Thane (Naupada)
? Experience: 1-2 years
? Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
? Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Sat (Sunday off)
What You'll Do
• Handle end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT roles
• Source talent on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and follow up until joining
• Maintain candidate databases and share hiring reports
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, IT or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
• Experienced (1-2 years): recruitment experience, ideally in both IT and Non-IT hiring
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive, confident and target-driven
• ATS/HRMS knowledge is a plus
