• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards (Ind-AS/GAAP).
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Handle general ledger reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
• Ensure timely closure of books and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax filings, and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements—Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws.
• Manage tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support management with financial modelling, cost analysis, and profitability reports.
• Oversee vendor payments, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables, credit control, and ageing analysis.
• Implement effective cash-flow management practices.
