We’re looking for someone who can build the market, create the pipeline and convert technology into business

What you’ll do• Build and manage the sales pipeline
• Develop go-to-market and market development strategies
• Prospect, qualify and acquire current customers
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and product demos
• Understand applications and develop solutions with the technical team
• Manage proposals, quotations, negotiations and closures
• Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, integrators and institutions
• Track opportunities and customer activity through CRM / sales tools
• Travel across India for customers,



events and business development

What we’re looking for• 2+ years in robotics / industrial automation
• Strong sales and business development mindset
• Ability to create opportunities, not just manage incoming leads
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Technically comfortable discussing automation applications
• Curious, open to learning and problem-first in approach
• Self-driven, ethical and comfortable in a startup environment
• Open to frequent pan-India travel

Knowledge of any 2–3 is sufficient:
Cabot's • Humanoids • Industrial Robots • AMRs/AGVs • Machine Vision • SCARA • Grippers/EOAT • PLC/Automation • Robotic Simulation

Education: Engineering / Robotics / Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics / Mechanical or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
