Role Summary:
Join Huron as a Workday AMS Technical Consultant, supporting clients in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Workday integrations in a production/AMS environment. The role involves technical problem-solving, client interaction, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:
• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations in an AMS/Production Support environment.
• Workday Integration and/or Workday Studio certification is highly preferred.
• Robust experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connectors.
• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, XML and XSLT.
• Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Higher Education Workday integrations.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management, SLA-driven support,



troubleshooting, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to analyze Workday releases and assess their impact on existing integrations.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ticketing/documentation tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA is preferred.
• Willingness to mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Familiarity with integration support tools such as Notepad++, Oxygen XML Editor, Beyond Compare, etc., is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel or work extended hours based on business requirements.
