Accountant

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 62
Experience: 5+ years post-qualification (CA)
Reports to: CFO

About the Role
We're looking for a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience to manage our core accounting operations bookkeeping, taxation, monthly closings, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and ensure accurate, timely maintenance of books of accounts
• Handle direct and indirect taxation- GST, TDS, income tax filings, and compliance with statutory timelines
• Drive the monthly financial closing process and ensure accuracy across all ledgers
• Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS/Ind AS standards
• Build and maintain general financial reporting- MIS, dashboards, and management reports
• Support the preparation of investor-ready financial reports and data; assist leadership during investor and board meetings with clear,



accurate financial information
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Help set up and improve financial processes, controls, and systems as the company scales

Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Robust working knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation (direct + indirect), monthly closing processes, IFRS/Ind AS, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence- this role will involve interfacing with investors and leadership
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
