Shift Timings :
• UK Day Shift: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM l 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Working Days - 5 Days Working

Job Summary
Ipath Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Associate – UK Process who possesses excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, analyzing data, and providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle client/customer queries professionally through appropriate communication channels.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Manage client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and interpret data to support business and operational requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and update reports using MS Excel.
• Perform data-related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.




• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Prior experience in Data Analysis or handling data/reporting-related activities.
• Previous experience in Client Handling / Customer Support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with experience in UK Process / International Customer Support will be preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in UK Day Shift timi
