Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns for our international clients. You'll own campaign performance end to end, communicate directly with clients, and help guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
• Own campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and CTR, and report on them regularly
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Work with the creative team on ad copy, creatives, and landing page feedback
• Set up and verify conversion tracking (GA4, GTM,



Meta Pixel/CAPI)
• Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to international clients
• Join client calls, understand their business goals, and turn them into campaign strategy
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Support and review the work of junior performance marketers

Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally at an agency or with multiple accounts
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven record of scaling campaigns profitably
• Valuable understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and Looker Studio or similar dashboards
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in client-facing communication
• Experience with international markets (US, UK, EU, AUS, etc.) and managing budgets
