Role Description The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of processes at Study Ark’s Gurugram office. This internship role involves assisting with coordination across teams, maintaining and updating internal databases, tracking student applications and documentation,



and supporting the implementation of operational workflows. The intern will help with basic project management tasks, prepare reports and summaries for the operations team, and assist in streamlining communication between counseling, sales, and support functions. This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram, offering exposure to edtech operations and overseas education consulting.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track operational metrics, and support process improvement.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with students and partners.
• Interest or experience in Sales to support outreach, follow-ups, and conversion activities related to study-abroad services.
• Foundational understanding of Operations Management to assist in organizing workflows, documentation, and resource allocation.
• Basic Project Management skill
