The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and timely preparation of financial statements. The executive will oversee financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and perform variance and trend analysis to support decision-making. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparation of management reports, and continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Finance with hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including management reports, statutory reports, and periodic reconciliations.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, performing variance analysis, and supporting strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Experience in corporate or clinical research/healthcare environments, with familiarity in global operations preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
