Role Description

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads through multiple channels, scheduling and attending client meetings,



presenting service offerings across Beeezy’s core verticals, and following up to close deals. The specialist will collaborate with consulting, branding, marketing, and development teams to craft tailored proposals, support client onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and contributing insights to refine business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
