Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Generative AI applications using large language models, prompt patterns and structured response handling.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines that retrieve relevant context and produce grounded responses.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise data sources and application services to support robust end-to-end workflows.
• Implement evaluation, relevance, grounding and safety checks for generated outputs.
• Optimize model and retrieval workflows for latency, cost, reliability and production deployment in cloud environments.

Skills Required:
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in AI,



Machine Learning or software engineering, including substantial Generative AI and LLM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Practical experience designing Prompt Engineering strategies and production-grade AI interactions.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and integrating Azure AI services.
• Understanding of model evaluation, response reliability, performance optimization and cloud deployment considerations.

Valuable to Have:
• Experience with Vector Database Integration, Databricks or Amazon Bedrock.

Education: Any graduate degree in any discipline.
