Role Purpose

The National Head – Operations will be responsible for managing and controlling the
complete operational function of Guru Outdoors across India. The role will ensure that all
outdoor advertising projects are planned, executed, installed, maintained and closed
within committed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
The person will act as the central operational leader connecting Sales, Projects, Production,
Procurement, Finance, Vendors and Regional Teams to ensure seamless execution of
client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities and KRA

1. National Operations Management

 Lead overall outdoor advertising operations across India.
 Manage regional/project operations teams and establish clear accountability.
 Develop standardized operating processes across locations.
 Monitor daily/weekly/monthly operational performance.
 Ensure smooth coordination between HO and regional teams.

Project Execution

 Take ownership of end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising projects.
 Ensure sites are ready as per campaign timelines.
 Coordinate installation, branding, fabrication, dismantling and maintenance activities.
 Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
 Handle large and critical national campaigns personally when required.

3. Team Management

 Lead Regional Operations Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors and field teams.
 Set targets and KRAs for the operations team.
 Conduct regular performance reviews.
 Identify manpower requirements and productivity gaps.
 Build a robust operational leadership pipeline.
 Train teams on SOPs, quality, safety and execution standards.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

 Develop and manage a reliable national vendor/contractor network.
 Negotiate operational rates and commercial terms with vendors.
