Role Description The AGM – Marketing will lead and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen NuTech Projects’ brand presence and support sales performance in Chennai. This full-time, on-site role involves developing marketing plans, overseeing campaigns, and coordinating with sales and project teams to promote residential projects across various channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, managing budgets,



and optimizing marketing activities to enhance lead generation and conversion. The role also includes supervising and mentoring team members, working with external agencies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging in all marketing materials. The AGM – Marketing will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and growth plans.
