Role Description The Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (Collections) will handle inbound and outbound calls with customers located outside India, focusing on payment collections and resolution of account-related queries. In this full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, the executive will verify customer information, explain account balances,



negotiate payment arrangements in line with company guidelines, and document all interactions accurately in the system. The role includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, adhering to call quality and compliance standards, and following established scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. The executive will work closely with supervisors and team members to meet collection targets, share feedback from customers, and participate in regular training to stay updated on processes and regulations.
