Role Description
The Purchase Executive role at Irama Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements, sourcing and evaluating vendors, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels,



tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies with suppliers, and supporting cost control and quality standards. The Purchase Executive collaborates closely with operations, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and productive procurement processes.

Qualifications
• 2-3 Years of experience into commercial interior fitout industry is preferred.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to manage documentation, approvals, and order processing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to oversee sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and timely delivery.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
