Company Description
ATLAST MOTOGEN PVT LTD (ATLAST) is a deep-tech climate startup building the next generation of clean mobility through hydrogen fuel-cell technology. We are developing hydrogen-powered electric motorcycles designed specifically for long-distance and adventure riding, combining the range and quick refuelling of hydrogen with the performance and freedom of a motorcycle.

Founded by a team of young engineers, ATLAST has grown from a college-built prototype into a deep-tech venture supported and incubated by VJ Hub, iTIC-IIT Hyderabad, SRiX, FSID-IISc Bangalore, and Venture Center Pune, among others.

At ATLAST, we work across the entire journey of building a motorcycle, from powertrain development and vehicle engineering to CAD, simulation, prototyping, testing, and real-world validation.
We are not just developing a fuel-cell technology. We are building a motorcycle around it.

Role Descriptions:
• Design Role: Design components and systems in CAD,



develop detailed drawings, and ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and assembly. You own the component from concept to production-ready design.
• Analysis Role: Validate designs through engineering analysis and simulation in ANSYS, identify failure points, optimize performance, and provide design recommendations before the component moves to manufacturing.

Qualifications
For Design Role
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals
• CAD proficiency — Fusion 360 or SolidWorks
• Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and manufacturability
• Ability to turn a real-world problem into a practical mechanical design
• Engineering common sense — you know when a design looks wrong, even if it works on paper
• Willingness to get hands-on with prototyping, fabrication, and workshop work
• Ownership from concept → CAD → prototype → finished part
