About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to support customer retention and engagement initiatives across online and offline channels.
The role involves campaign planning, customer segmentation, lifecycle journey management, campaign execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive repeat purchases, customer engagement, and customer lifecycle growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive customer retention initiatives across online and offline channels to improve repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and engagement.
• Develop customer cohorts and segmentation based on lifecycle, purchase behavior, category affinity, channel preference, engagement, and customer value.
• Understand customer behavior, product categories, channels, and business objectives to identify retention opportunities.
• Own retention initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and strategy to execution, go-live,



and performance tracking.
• Manage CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and App/Web banners.
• Drive online retention initiatives including repeat purchase, app adoption, category migration, reactivation, and engagement.
• Coordinate with offline teams to drive offline retention, online-to-offline migration, and omnichannel growth.
• Manage loyalty and rewards SKUs, ensuring availability, relevance, communication, and execution.
• Work closely with Online, Offline, Product, Technology, Analytics, Design, Content, Category, Finance, and other teams.
• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, conversion, repeat purchase, revenue, and retention metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across cohorts, offers, communication, journeys, and channels.
• Build and optimize customer lifecycle journeys from first purchase and repeat purchase to reactivation and dorman
