We are looking for an energetic and communication focused Inside Sales & CRM Executive to support our sales and business development activities.

Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, CRM management, cold and warm outreach, follow-ups, appointment setting, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with prospects, understands basic sales processes, and wants to build a career in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
• Handle cold, warm, and hot leads generated through different channels.




• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, timeline, and business fit.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in the CRM.
• Categorize and prioritize leads for appropriate follow-up.

Calling & Inside Sales
• Make cold calls, warm calls, and follow-up calls to prospects.
• Introduce Pyrite Technologies and understand the prospect's business requirements.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales/management team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales cycle.
• Maintain professional communication with prospects and existing leads.

CRM Management
• Update and maintain the CRM regularly.
• Track calls, emails, LinkedIn conversations, follow-ups, meetings, and lead status.
• Ensure there are no missed or unattended leads.
• Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline
