About the Role
We are looking for a curious and trend-obsessed Content Intern to support the NPD team with trend tracking, content ideas, creator research and launch planning. You will help us spot what is trending, figure out how new products should show up on social, and build content ideas for upcoming launches.
This is a hands-on internship for someone who lives on Instagram, YouTube and Reddit, loves beauty and skincare content, and wants to see how products are built and launched from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trend Tracking & Insights
• Track daily trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Reddit conversations.
• Help put together a weekly trend update for the NPD team (formats, sounds, creators, aesthetics, beauty and makeup movements).
• Flag trends that could inspire new product ideas or claims.

2. Content Ideas for Recent Launches
• Pitch content-first ideas for new products: hooks, content angles and visual storytelling.
• Suggest content formats for launches, such as swatches, tutorials, POVs and GRWMs.




• Share your perspective on packaging, naming and claims based on what you see working on social.

3. Creator & Competitor Research
• Track competitor launches, creator reviews and viral products in beauty and skincare.
• Scout and shortlist creators for future collaborations, with notes on their tone, style and performance.

4. Launch Playbook Support
• Help build content playbooks for each new launch: key shots, trending sounds, formats and hooks.
• Work with the NPD and brand teams so every launch has a strong social presence from day 1.

5. Content Shooting (Optional/Bonus)
• Shoot quick content on your phone (swatches, textures, GRWM, ASMR, transitions).
• Support creator and agency shoots as per NPD direction.

What We Are Looking For
• Students or recent graduates (0–1 year of experience) with an interest in social media, content or marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Red
